I first bought this tea from their S Maison branch about 3 yrs ago. I love how fancy the jars are laid out & the overall vibes of the store.
I have PCOS but I stopped drinking it after a while since I wasn't into tea so much back then. But lately, I noticed that my cycles take 2 months in between. Looking for remedies, this is the first one I thought of going back to.
Been drinking for 2 weeks now & I'm happy to say that I now have my period. Hoping this will help balance my cycles in the long run. I'm officially a tea drinker now🫶🏻
Sangria Nights makes the perfect cold brew tea! Just steep 5 g in a tea bag for 10 minutes in hot water, then add 15 ml of honey, ice, and a slice of lemon. No need to remove the tea bag. I usually leave it for 1–2 hours before drinking to enjoy a more refined taste.
Started taking it more than a week before my period, we could totally say it had effects on me since my period ended up on the 28th day, instead of 31st or so of the cycle and instead of the usual 2 days which had always worried me, period ended up 5 days but was very smooth. I’ve heard that this also happens when taking fertility treatments, so fingers crossed.

THE TEA: This is my second order from Oh Holiday, the first one being Hormone & Fertility tea months ago. I am now pregnant, so I ordered this blood sugar pregnancy tea, and drinking this has been a daily routine and relaxation for me.
THE SERVICE: This is where improvements can be made. The order took longer than usual to arrive. I was only informed of the reason of delay (there was no jar available; I ordered the 150g variant with glass jar) after I followed up 2-3 weeks after my order. They said they do not know when jars would arrive. At the very least, they could have notified or given a heads up on any delays.
The chat thread on the official IG page is also not too responsive, unless followed up.
In any case, I changed my order to the 200g pack instead. I would have wanted the jar, but maybe I’ll just have it on my next order.
The first tea I bought was overall hormone support tea and it really works. Didn’t have period for 3 months and finally got it after drinking for a week so I purchased this after to try and it works too. I re purchased always because I have pcos.
Not really a coffee drinker in the first place but i was trying out remedies for my irregular periods. There are months were i dont get my period at all.
I honestly tried to drink this tea for first time 2 - 3 months after i bought it.
And voila my period came on the very same day just 10 hours after drinking it.

I love this blend. It helped me in regulating my cycle and cleared up my hormonal acne. My periods are typically on time, but last month they were delayed by almost two weeks for some reason. Being worried, I purchased this tea blend and it came just after three business days of ordering considering that I am from the Visayas. Going back, just after two days of drinking this blend, I got my period. Hehe! 😊💖
